The Science of the Shore
Have you or your family ever wondered about how LBI was formed and continues to change? Come explore and become an expert on the sand and sea that are the heart of LBI. We customize your experience and level of inquiry, from the surface to a deep dive, to suit your interests.
Classes are available by appointment and run, weather permitting, for about 4 hours.

Introduction to Windsurfing
Learn the fundamentals of this great sport! We start on shore with foundational moves and quickly transition to the protected waters of Barnegat Bay. The coaching method we use will have you learning how to effectively control your rig and board through turns and holding a course. All necessary equipment includes big, stable boards and user friendly rigs to make your experience fun.
This two-hour course is available by appointment at Bayside Park, 68th St., Long Beach Township, LBI.

Just ask, we work with numerous outfitters across a large spectrum of outdoor activities and have built multifaceted programs in sea kayaking, mountaineering, backpacking, climbing, tiny house building, boat building, sailing, and more.
We are highly adaptable and can custom design programs to suit your personal, group, school, or club needs.
